Kim has a passion for partnering with clients to help them increase performance through effective strategies that heighten self-awareness, improve engagement and retention, and build strong leaders to become the best versions of themselves.
Kim’s most recent corporate experience includes nearly 7 years with Korn Ferry as Client Director, where she successfully partnered with Fortune 500 and mid-sized organizations to build integrated talent management systems utilizing digital tools, assessments, custom learning programs, and coaching. Prior to Korn Ferry she was a Client Partner at FranklinCovey, where she helped clients create sustainable behavioral change through effective leadership development solutions. Her professional history includes owning her own business providing business development services to independent consultants, along with ten years of success as Director of Client Solutions for a boutique management consulting firm specializing in large-scale strategic change and business strategy implementation.
Kim received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Economics from the University of California, Irvine, and she completed MBA coursework at the University of San Diego. She is a past member of the National Human Resources Association and the Association for Talent Development, and she has held volunteer leadership positions as Facilitator and Co-Chair for several non-profit organizations and churches in Orange County.Linkedin profile
