Overview

This 4-hour virtual workshop is instructed by ABL Co-founders and brain-based leadership experts neuroscientist Dan Radecki, PhD. MA and Leonie Hull who have been involved in the field since its conception.  Dan and Leonie co-authored the book ‘Psychological Safety: the key to happy, high-performing people and teams’, and created the SAFETY™ System to help leaders, teams and organizations implement, build and sustain workplace Psychological Safety.

Following the ABL approach of What > So What > Now What, this program is designed to help leaders understand the brain fundamentals and what it means for them both personally and as a leader, as well as practical implementation strategies for improving their leadership to build team Psychological Safety.
