Overview
The S.A.F.E.T.Y.™ Toolkit is used as a learning support tool in both 1:1 coaching debriefs and group S.A.F.E.T.Y.™ debrief training sessions. The Toolkit helps learners build self-awareness about their psychological safety needs, biases, strengths and triggers – and their potential impact on both themselves and others.
The toolkit also promotes ‘other-awareness’ by providing insight into the diversity of needs, strengths, language and triggers of other S.A.F.E.T.Y.™ profiles.
Most importantly the toolkit helps participants evaluate interactions and situations through a S.A.F.E.T.Y.™ lens, building their emotional intelligence capacity and equipping them with practical brain-based strategies to manage Psychological Safety needs and triggers effectively.
