Richie has a passion for helping others through partnership and relationship. Over the past 15 years he has worked with businesses to synthesise and realize their growth and development goals.

For the past 7 years he has partnered with leading tech firms in a strategic capacity and is well versed in dissecting and assimilating core organizational objectives, identifying the implementation pathway, and helping leadership teams connect to and progress on the path to achieve them. Richie specializes in sales and marketing strategy optimization, developing new training solutions, optimizing the customer journey and relationship management. 

Prior to that Richie worked as a sales consultant in software and marketing firms, helping achieve sales targets and market share. Richie‘s core values focus on transparency, exceeding expectations and ensuring timely and accurate project delivery. 

Richie acquired his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Marketing from Nottingham Trent University in the UK. In this spare time, he offers fitness coaching and also can be found playing guitar in local venues around the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney, Australia.
