The S.A.F.E.T.Y.™ Pulse is used as an ongoing diagnostic tool to reinforce learning, gauge safety and health, and highlight Psychological Safety development areas for individuals and teams.

It is designed to be used as a learning tool to facilitate discussion and measure, monitor and support progress in periodic 1:1 and Team Safety Checks.

Your Pulse Dashboard enables you track and monitor multiple teams. Pulse results can be viewed online via the dashboard or downloaded for print and distribution. All Pulse reports associated with each team are stored for viewing and comparison and the ‘Team History’ dashboard provides team trends over time.

The Leader Implementation Toolkit provides conversation guides, materials, instruction and support for facilitating 1:1 and Team ‘Safety Checks’ and debriefing 1:1 and Team Pulse results.
