AMELIA VALENTI

COMMUNITY SUPPORT MANAGER

Amelia is the Community Support Manager at the Academy of Brain-Based Leadership.  She assesses, mentors, and facilitates students in global online learning programs to help them become proficient in understanding and delivering the S.A.F.E.T.Y.™ Assessment to both individuals and teams.

Amelia has a diverse background of leadership experiences in education, emergency management & aerospace, and manufacturing. Some of her roles include being an Incident Commander, Director of Education, Pandemic Coordinator for Indigenous Communities, Teacher, Principal, and Organizational Wellness Consultant. She is a certified facilitator, a CCF Coach, and has her S.A.F.E.T.Y.™ Accreditation Stages 1 and 2.

Inspired by the idea that, “People will forget what you said, or what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel”, Amelia holds the belief that the need for love (empathy, compassion, and genuine care) in the workplace is critical. She sees this as  an often overlooked, yet crucial, part of fostering a high-performance culture. She believes that psychological safety is the necessary foundation to support authentic, nurturing relationships and cultures that can create a myriad of transformative outcomes.
