Overview

This Leader-led Team Psychological Safety Training is designed to help teams understand the brain-based approach to building and nurturing Psychological Safety, and to increase personal and interpersonal awareness of Psychological Safety needs.

The digital toolkit includes everything leaders need to deliver 7 x 60-min team learning/discussion sessions, with simple, intuitive delivery resources suitable for any level facilitator.

Leader facilitation is an important design element of the toolkit to establish leadership advocacy of Psychological Safety and build leader confidence and comfort in leading and engaging in, at times challenging, safety related discussions.

Training Session Structure

The S.A.F.E.T.Y.™ Profile report is used as a core reflection tool throughout the training.  In each 60-minute training session the leader guides the team through the following:

  • Overview video (3-5mins)
  • Persona videos (2-mins)
  • Personal and Team Reflection
  • Team Sharing and Discussion

Training Kit Content

The digital toolkit contains an easy to follow facilitator guide with detailed instructions, templates, scripts and resources to plan, prepare and deliver the session with additional support resources to help them deliver and lead with confidence.

The S.A.F.E.T.Y.™ Assessment along with participant handouts are used as reflection tools to build individual and team awareness and generate team discussion.

The Team S.A.F.E.T.Y.™ Pulse is used in the final session to generate team learning, discussion and insight about the team's current experience.
